I can't say enough great things about this little, indie pharmacy. The pharmacists and the technicians are terrific, friendly, and personable. They go out of their way to please customers. I'm so satisfied with their service that I switched my primary pharmacy from CVS to Phelps Hometown Pharmacy.
I am very loyal to Phelps Pharmacy because the owner Toni runs her business with real caring, integrity, honesty most helpful to the point of telling me "I will stay open until you can get here to pick up your prescription" or after my knee replacement letting me know "we can deliver any meds right to your house". When any doctor, medical office, or nurse asks me where do I want my prescriptions I ALWAYS SAY "ONLY PHELPS PHARMACY" if you do not know Toni you should.
My boyfriend talked me into switching to this pharmacy, even though it was slightly further from the one I was using. I am so pleased with my decision. This pharmacy and its staff are phenomenal and the prices are very good as well. I highly recommend using Phelps Hometown Pharmacy.
